Terms of sale.

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Over Sweat and any customer making a purchase on the oversweat.com website.

2. Products

The oversized sweatshirts presented on the website are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration only; slight differences in appearance (lighting, screen calibration) may exist.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes, excluding delivery costs, which are free in mainland France.

4. Orders & payment

Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) or Apple Pay through the secure Stripe checkout. No card data is stored by Over Sweat.

5. Delivery

Dispatch within 48 business hours, tracked parcel transit of 2 to 5 business days in mainland France. See the delivery page.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. See the returns policy page.

7. Legal guarantee

All our sweatshirts are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

8. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
