14-day returns.

You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to change your mind about all or part of your order, without having to give a reason.

How to return an item

1. Write to us at contact@oversweat.com, stating your order number.
2. We send you the return address and instructions.
3. Put the sweatshirt back in its original packaging, label still attached, and send the parcel back (return costs are at your expense).
4. Once received and checked, your refund is processed within a few business days to the original payment method.

Conditions

Sweatshirts must be returned unworn (a quick try-on is fine), with the label attached, free of odours and with no sign of washing. Late or damaged returns may be refused.

Exchanges

No direct exchanges — we refund you and you then place a new order for the size / motif you want. It is quicker for everyone.
